- Basic Knowledge on desktop concepts – Skype for business & outlook & VC support & Asset management & Hardware.
- Installation and troubleshooting for OS (Win 7, Win 8, Win 10 etc.)
- Installation, Configuration of MS-office. (Not Required)
- Knowledge on Office 365 & One Drive & Share Point
- Knowledge on Mac Support – Mandatory
- Basic Trouble shooting knowledge on Linux Support
- Should have genuine experience in good reputation company (Added advantage)
- Asset Management – Should have good knowledge on Excel(mandatory)
- Installation & Configuration of LAN, WAN, IP Phones.
- Technical skills related to Desktop & Laptops, Mail client (MS Outlook), Antivirus installation, Patch management, and Software Installation and Basic Networking skills.
- Good Communication skills to interface with the end user.
- Should have exposure working in L1 Server or Network domains like Active Directory, Exchange Server, User Groups, and Cabling Infrastructure.
- Knowledge on SCCM Or Any Deployment servers(Basic)
- Capable of learning new Technologies.
- Worked in Remote Support in troubleshooting Client End User computing.
- Having worked in Client operations with more than 1000+ Users
- Having exposure working in Applications like Blackberry, IPAD, Apple IPhone, Tablet (Mobility MDM support)
- Having exposure to work in supporting VIP Clients, Meeting rooms, Conference Rooms, etc
- Willing to work in Shifts & Weekend as well
