Job Description:

  • Hands on experience in Incident/Major Incident Management.
  • Knowledge of various ITSM & Event Management Tools.
  • Experience in Service Design of ITSM processes.
  • Experience in handling Major Incident Management
  • Experience in Service Transition of ITSM functions.
  • Designing, Forecasting and solutioning of ITSM proposals.
  • Exposure to RIM/Application Support Management of large clients across various geographical locations.
  • Experience in people management, preferably in a manager role with direct reports.
  • People managers from the Service Operations domain having played the Process Owner role will be preferred.
  • SLA & OLA Management.
  • Stake Holder & Vendor Management.
  • Understanding of Infrastructure, Application & Network layers.
  • Exposure/knowledge of future computing solutions and evolving automation technologies.
  • Knowledge of the Command Centre/NOC approach.
  • Knowledge of IT Project Management.
  • Incident Analysis and Reports

Certifications Required: ITIL Foundation Certified
